This Privacy Policy explains how RZ.ai (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to this Policy.
1) Information we collect
- Chat content: messages you submit and AI responses may be stored to operate the Service (session history, continuity, safety, and abuse prevention).
- Identifiers: an authentication identifier (e.g., a Firebase anonymous UID) may be used to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Usage and security data: limited logs and security signals (e.g., rate limiting, approximate request metadata) may be processed by our infrastructure providers.
- Business follow-up form data (optional): if you submit a follow-up request, we collect your name, email, organization (optional), and details you provide, along with the chat history.
- Network data: IP address may be processed for security and abuse prevention and may be stored with business follow-up requests.
2) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service and its chat functionality.
- Authenticate users and enforce rate limits / daily usage caps.
- Improve reliability and security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug issues.
- If you submit a follow-up request, contact you and send a summary of the discussion to Reza.
3) AI processing and third-party providers
The Service uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, and AI model inference. When you chat with RZ.ai, your input and relevant context may be sent to AI providers to generate responses. Providers and models may change over time without notice.
4) Sharing
- Service providers: we share information with vendors who help run the Service (hosting, databases, AI providers, email delivery).
- Legal / safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- No sale of personal information: we do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of “sell.”
5) Data retention
Chat transcripts and usage records may be retained for as long as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Business follow-up requests may be retained to handle the inquiry and maintain business records. Retention periods may change over time.
6) Your choices
- Do not provide sensitive information. Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated data in chat.
- Follow-up requests are optional. You can use the Service without submitting a follow-up form.
7) Access, deletion, and correction
Because the Service is designed for lightweight public interaction and may store data across multiple service providers, we may not be able to accommodate individual access, deletion, or correction requests in all cases. If you believe you submitted sensitive information, contact us and we will consider reasonable requests where feasible.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our providers operate.
10) Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law).
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Policy.
