These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RZ.ai website and chat experiences (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) What the Service is (and is not)
- RZ.ai is an AI-powered portfolio assistant that provides tailored responses for two audiences: recruiters and business collaborators.
- Not professional advice. The Service may generate content that appears advisory (e.g., hiring fit summaries, automation suggestions). It is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, HR, or other professional advice.
- No guarantees. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You must independently verify any output before relying on it.
2) Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., SSNs, government IDs, passwords) or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against others.
3) Hiring and business decisions
Any hiring-fit summaries, resume-style outputs, or business recommendations are informational only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes. The Service is not a substitute for due diligence.
4) Changes to the Service
The Service may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including changing providers, features, models, or availability, with or without notice.
5) Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding third-party marks and links) are owned by Reza Mousavi or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
6) Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, authentication, AI model providers, email services). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms.
7) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REZA MOUSAVI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
9) Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have rights to share it. You agree you will not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision.
